Background

Ryan Klima is a Law Clerk in the Washington, D.C. office of Fish & Richardson.  He prepares and prosecutes patents related to a broad range of electrical and computer technologies.  Mr. Klima also has experience in patent post-grant proceedings and technology transfer.

Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Mr. Klima was a Patent Examiner at the United State Patent and Trademark Office where he gained experience in the areas of Graphical User Interfaces (GUI), machine learning, and predictive analytics.  During law school, Mr. Klima worked for the College of William & Mary’s technology transfer office and served multiple years as an officer for the College’s Student Intellectual Property Society.
