About Taylor

Taylor Reeves is a law clerk* in the Delaware office of Fish & Richardson P.C, focusing on patent litigation. She returned to Fish after being a summer associate with the firm in 2019. Prior to rejoining the firm, she served as an intern with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit for the Honorable Thomas I. Vanaskie (2018), and served as an extern with the District Court of Delaware for the Honorable Christopher J. Burke (2019-2020).

While in law school, Taylor was an active member of the Intellectual Property Law Society, the Benjamin Franklin Inn of Courts, and the moot court board. Taylor was a member of Drexel Law’s Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team that received a Top 3 Memorial recognition, and Taylor individually received a Top 5 Oralist Award. Taylor also competed in the National Entertainment Moot Court Competition and her team received a Top 5 Brief recognition.

Prior to law school, Taylor studied computational chemistry and focused her research on using simulation software to apply approximation methods to molecular systems in order to calculate structures and energy outcomes.

Delaware office, as provided under the Delaware Supreme Court’s emergency temporary order relating to limited practice privilege (August 12, 2020) due to exceptional circumstances arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
