Rosalynd (Rozzi) D. Upton, Ph.D., joined Fish after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Kathleen M. O’Malley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (2020-2022) and the Honorable Colm F. Connolly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware (2019-2020).
She focuses her practice on patent litigation in a wide range of technologies, including the chemical and life sciences fields, as well as medical devices and electronics.
Rozzi earned her J.D. and Ph.D. from Stanford University. As a graduate student in Stanford University’s cancer biology department, her research focused on breast cancer immunotherapy. Rozzi has published in several peer-reviewed academic journals, including Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and Cell.
Outside of her practice, Rozzi enjoys long-distance running, road cycling, and swimming.
