Overview

Loreylys M. Feliciano is a senior litigation case manager in the New York office of Fish & Richardson P.C. She leads case management teams on litigation matters and is actively involved in all phases of litigation, giving her an in-depth knowledge of the legal landscape.

Loreylys has extensive experience, she joined the firm in 2003 as a litigation paralegal and prior to joining Fish, she worked at another premiere IP boutique law firm. Her primary area of focus is intellectual property litigation, where she specializes in Hatch-Waxman matters. Loreylys has participated in more than 20 trials and arbitrations, as well as a host of dispositive motion hearings where she was responsible for leading the preparation and logistical effort. She has also assisted with the preparation of numerous appeals in the Federal Circuit.

Loreylys is well versed in all aspects of electronic discovery and is responsible for the development and implementation of electronic discovery strategies, tools and training protocols. Along with her technical knowledge, Loreylys is also charged with leadership of external legal staff, contract attorneys, and vendors.
