About Joao

Joao Costa is an associate who focuses his practice on patent litigation. He has extensive experience handling pre-litigation matters such as fact discovery, expert reports, claim construction, and depositions in patent and antitrust disputes, breach of contract matters, multidistrict litigation, and arbitration. His practice also encompasses patent counseling and portfolio management, including drafting asset purchase agreements and performing freedom to operate analyses.
