About Jerre

Jerre B. Swann is of counsel in the Atlanta office of Fish & Richardson P.C. His practice includes all aspects of trademark law, including global portfolio prosecution and counseling, enforcement, and litigation.  He has extensive experience handling opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and has appeared in state and U.S. district courts on trademark and copyright infringement actions. Mr. Swann has also performed several copyright analysis projects related to IP audits and litigation matters.

Furthermore, Mr. Swann counsels clients regarding licensing of intellectual property, including software, trademarks, and copyrights. He has also represented clients in domain name disputes under the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA).
