Darra Frino focuses her practice on trademark and copyright counseling and litigation.

Darra assists clients with all aspects of protecting their trademark and copyright portfolios, including counseling, clearance searches, filing and maintaining applications, enforcement strategies against third parties, and litigation. Darra works with clients in a broad range of industries: food and beverage, technology, consumer products, finance, and travel and accommodations.

Darra has experience with both offensive and defensive proceedings before District Courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She has worked on pre-suit investigations, pleadings, and discovery to help her clients achieve favorable results.

Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Darra was an intellectual property associate at a law firm in Washington, D.C. She received her B.S. from Cornell University and her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
