Daniela Glaser’s practice spans district court litigation, post-grant trials, and appellate review. Daniela has previously worked on both prosecution and litigation in the fields of software, chemicals, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications.
Daniela was a summer associate at Fish in 2019 and 2020. Prior to joining the firm, she published academic papers in the disciplines of nanotechnology, electrical engineering, and sociology. She also worked for a medical device startup and a multinational cybersecurity company.
