About Dan

Daniel A. Lasman, chief financial officer of Fish & Richardson P.C., is based in the firm’s Boston office. He is responsible for the firm’s financial management, including accounting, financial and managerial reporting, billing and collections, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, tax accounting, treasury management, and financial systems development. Before joining Fish in 2013, Mr. Lasman served as CFO for the global management consulting firm Monitor Company Group and was part of the team that led the sale to Deloitte Consulting.

Mr. Lasman’s prior experience includes CFO positions at Radia International, a multinational staffing firm, and Energy Merchant, a U.S. based energy trading, transportation, storage, and distribution business. Mr. Lasman began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and London where he was a banker to a number of privately-owned companies including some of the world’s largest commodity merchants. Dan left Chase to become the CFO for a London-based international crude oil and oil products merchant before founding a commodity merchant bank based in New York City.
