About Carl

Carl Manning, the global director of litigation practice systems for Fish & Richardson P.C., is based in the firm’s Dallas office. He is chiefly responsible for the firm’s litigation practice support professional groups, including pricing (alternative fee arrangements), legal project management, knowledge management, litigation support (eDiscovery), the paralegal program and animation and graphics. Further, Mr. Manning carries significant responsibility regarding the practice group’s process improvement efforts and practice support business opportunities.

Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Mr. Manning served as a law clerk for the law firm of Wingert, Grebing, Brubaker and Goodwin, and assistant vice president of Westmoreland Services, a mortgage loan servicing corporation.
