Ashu Balimba focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, with a technical background in mechanical engineering.

His extensive legal experience covers a wide range of subject matter, including patent prosecution and litigation, business formation, regulatory compliance, criminal prosecution, breach of contract, ERISA matters, RICO matters, and SEC matters. He was most recently an assistant district attorney for Collin County, Texas, where he prosecuted numerous jury and bench trials as lead prosecutor and managed a docket of 370 cases. During law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Bonnie Lee Goldstein, where he assisted with trial preparation, courtroom proceedings, and pretrial conferences.
