Amanda Kusnierz focuses her practice on trademark and copyright matters, both domestically and internationally.

Her experience includes counseling clients on clearance, prosecution, and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights, advising clients on domain name issues and representing trademark owners in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also represents clients in trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, and copyright litigation.

Prior to joining Fish, Amanda was an associate at a boutique intellectual property law firm in New York. She received her J.D. with a concentration in intellectual property from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2018, where she was the senior notes editor of the International Comparative, Policy & Ethics Law Review. Her note entitled "A Legal Approach to Combating Terrorist Organization Funding Through the Counterfeit Market" was published in the journal. Amanda received her B.A. from Lafayette College in 2015. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
