Adil Shaikh is a member of Fish’s intellectual property litigation team.

With deep technical knowledge, understanding, and experience, Adil provides invaluable insight and assistance in intellectual property cases. As a former software engineer, he readily understands his clients’ innovations, communicates well with inventors, scientists, and expert witnesses, and clearly and convincingly explains complex technologies in easy-to-comprehend terms. His practice emphasizes patents with a focus on electrical, computer, and Internet technologies.

Before joining Fish, Adil worked in software engineering roles at Sabre Corporation, with a focus in data engineering and big data systems. He also worked in software development roles at Nokia Corp. and Cisco Systems, utilizing a variety of programming languages. He also co-founded a company focused on technical education and recruitment.
