Overview

Carl Manning is the national director of Fish & Richardson’s litigation practice systems.

Carl manages the firm’s Litigation Legal Operations groups, including legal project management, knowledge management, eDiscovery, the paralegal program, and legal graphics. A driven and strategic leader, Carl designs and implements practice support initiatives specifically targeted to our clients’ needs for efficiency, transparency, and predictability. Under his leadership, Fish has further cemented its reputation as a firm that delivers high-quality services at a great value.

Before joining the firm in 1999, Carl was a law clerk at the law firm of Wingert, Grebing, Brubaker and Goodwin, and assistant vice-president of Westmoreland Services, a mortgage loan-servicing corporation. Carl earned his M.B.A. at the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business.
