Ronald P. Golden III focuses his Delaware litigation practice on intellectual property matters across a range of technologies. Ron has extensive experience in managing high-stakes litigation, case strategy, oral advocacy, discovery management, motion, brief, and pleading drafting, as well as legal research. Recent case experiences include complex disputes involving technology related to computer software, life science, mechanical engineering, and medical device sectors. His representative matters include Parallel Networks Licensing, LLC v. Microsoft Corp. (D. Del.) – representing defendant Microsoft in a case relating to load balanced processing of dynamic Web page requests, which resulted in successful non-infringement jury verdict and Sanofi Aventis, U.S. v. Merck Sharp Dohme Corp. (D. Del.) – representing plaintiff Sanofi in a case related to revolutionary synthetic insulin solution to treat diabetes and corresponding pen injector device.

Prior to joining Fish, he worked in the chambers of U.S. District Chief Judge Leonard P. Stark and U.S. Magistrate Judge Mary Pat Thynge, serving as a law clerk, personal assistant, and courtroom deputy while attending law school full time in Delaware.
