Background

Jayme Partridge’s national practice focuses on complex intellectual property litigation, including patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation. With an engineering background and outstanding advocacy skills, Ms. Partridge has years of stand-up experience before both judges and juries trying cases for global companies in high profile competitor-to-competitor disputes.

A Principal in the Houston office of Fish & Richardson, Ms. Partridge has experience in a wide range of technologies, including computer hardware and software, high speed internet services, fiber optics, chemical processes, ethylene oxide catalysis, olefin catalysis, filtering technologies,  characterization of polyolefin molecules, motor oil additives, hydraulic fracturing of hydrocarbon formations, downhole tools for oil and gas wells, offshore drilling rigs, and drill bits.

Before entering the legal profession, Ms. Partridge worked for six years as a licensed engineer. As an attorney, she has practiced in big law, small and medium-sized boutique firms, and as in-house litigation counsel for ExxonMobil.
