Fish & Richardson Recognized by Leadership Council for Legal Diversity as 2022 Top Performer and Compass Award Winner

Fish & Richardson is proud to announce that it has been named a Top Performer and Compass Award winner by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), which recognizes law firms and corporations that demonstrate a strong commitment to building more diverse organizations and a more inclusive legal profession.

2022 marks the 11th year that Fish has participated in the LCLD Fellows Program, which is designed to produce a generation of attorneys with strong leadership skills who are committed to fostering diversity within their individual institutions and the profession at large. In February, Principal Jeffrey Mok was named a 2022 LCLD Fellow.

Fish is also active in LCLD's Pathfinder program, with Associates Excylyn Hardin-Smith and Usman Khan, Ph.D., participating this year. Pathfinder is a seven-month program that trains early career attorneys in critical career development strategies such as foundational leadership and relationship-building.

"Fish & Richardson is committed to fostering and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the firm, the legal profession, and the communities where we live and work," said John C. Adkisson, president and chief executive officer of Fish & Richardson. "This award honors the progress we have made, but also serves as a reminder of the work that lies ahead. We are proud of our partnership with LCLD and we are looking forward to building on that partnership even more in the coming years."

The Top Performer Award recognizes organizations in the top 20 percent for participation in LCLD programs and activities. The Compass Award recognizes individuals and organizations that attend the LCLD annual membership meeting, participate in the Fellows and Pathfinder programs, and engage in the Pipeline program within a calendar year.
