Fish & Richardson Earns "Band 1" Nationwide Rankings for Intellectual Property and ITC Practices in Chambers USA 2025
Fish & Richardson received top "Band 1" nationwide rankings for its Intellectual Property and International Trade: IP (Section 337 Proceedings) practices in the 2025 edition of Chambers USA. The "Band 1" designation — the highest ranking possible — recognizes Fish as among the world's best law firms based on in-depth, objective research conducted with thousands of lawyers and clients. The firm was also nationally ranked for our representation before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and our IP appellate work before the U.S Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Regionally, Fish received band rankings for its practices in California, Delaware, Washington, D.C., Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, and Texas. Additionally, 23 Fish attorneys were recognized as leaders in their practices. Chambers said of the firm, "Fish & Richardson is a stellar litigation group that continues to be among the most prolific in trial, appellate and administrative patent proceedings, and supplemented by a stable of lawyers providing prosecution and transactional support."
