Principal Nitika Gupta Fiorella Named Lawyer on the Fast Track in 2026 Pennsylvania Legal Awards 

Fish & Richardson is proud to announce that Principal Nitika Gupta Fiorella has been recognized as a Lawyer on the Fast Track award winner in the 2026 Pennsylvania Legal Awards, presented by the Legal Intelligencer and Law.com.  

The award honors the “next generation of legal leaders” in Pennsylvania and Delaware who demonstrate strong leadership, achieve significant results for clients, and contribute to their communities through pro bono work, public service, and involvement in professional organizations.

A seasoned trial and appellate advocate with extensive experience in district courts and before the Federal Circuit, Fiorella serves as managing group leader of Fish’s Litigation Practice Group and co-leader of the firm’s appellate practice. She has led dozens of appeals, arguing and winning many of them before the Federal Circuit as both appellant and appellee. In the trial courts, she has substantial courtroom experience, including examining numerous fact and expert witnesses in complex cases. She also maintains an active pro bono practice and serves as a board member of Innocence Delaware and the South Asian Bar Association of Delaware.

Honorees of this year's Pennsylvania Legal Awards will be recognized at an awards dinner on June 11 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
