Principal Nitika Gupta Fiorella Recognized in Bloomberg Law’s “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40”
Fish & Richardson is pleased to share that Bloomberg Law has selected Principal Nitika Gupta Fiorella for inclusion in the 2026 edition of “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40.”
A seasoned trial and appellate advocate with extensive experience in district courts and before the Federal Circuit, Fiorella serves as managing group leader of Fish’s Litigation Practice Group and co-leader of the firm’s appellate practice. She has led dozens of appeals, arguing and winning many of them before the Federal Circuit as both appellant and appellee. In the trial courts, she has substantial courtroom experience, including examining numerous fact and expert witnesses in complex cases. She also maintains an active pro bono practice and serves as a board member of Innocence Delaware and the South Asian Bar Association of Delaware.
