Fish & Richardson Selected as 2026 Empowering Women Firm by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly has recognized Fish & Richardson in its 2026 Empowering Women awards program, which honors law firms that have shown a strong commitment to supporting and elevating women attorneys.  

Firms selected for this award must demonstrate tangible and innovative efforts to advance women attorneys in the workplace and community, including some or all of the following:

• Have a track record of recruiting, hiring, and promoting women in their organization 
• Offer a mentoring program for women  
• Work toward systemic change in society to combat inequality  
• Promote women into firm leadership  
• Contribute to advancing the cause of women through outside philanthropic or community endeavors  

Fish has been named an “Empowering Women” firm each year since the award’s inception in 2023.
