Fish & Richardson Ranked Top Firm for Petitioners at the PTAB by Managing Intellectual Property
Fish & Richardson is pleased to announce that we have been ranked as the most active firm for petitioners at the PTAB for the first half of 2018 by Managing Intellectual Property. Between January 1 and June 30, 2018, Fish handled 79 petitions at the PTAB, more than any other firm, and more than our 2017 year-end total.
Seven of our attorneys were also named top practitioners at the PTAB, including Karl Renner, who is the most active attorney representing petitioners. Other Fish attorneys who made the list include Tim Riffe, John Phillips, Tom Rozylowicz, Jeremy Monaldo, Rob Devoto, and Michael Hawkins.
