Fish & Richardson Principal Noah Graubart Named One of Atlanta's "Most Promising Up-and-Coming Lawyers" by the Daily Report

Fish & Richardson announced today that Noah Graubart, a principal in the firm's Atlanta office, has received the "On the Rise" award from the Daily Report. The award is given to Atlanta's 40 "most promising up-and-coming lawyers" and recognizes young attorneys, under age 40, who have wielded influence in their practice areas in the region and beyond, demonstrating strong leadership qualities, showing expertise in litigation or transactional work, and committing themselves to pro bono work.

At Fish, Graubart has an international practice specializing in patent infringement litigation as well as other areas of intellectual property, both at trial and on appeal. He assists clients with cases involving a diverse range of technologies including telecommunications software, wireless networking, optical networking, computer interfaces, semiconductor fabrication, veterinary pesticides, and docking speaker systems in the district courts, the courts of appeals, including at the Federal Circuit, and at the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Graubart has served as the pro bono coordinator for Fish's Atlanta office since 2012 and is actively involved in numerous pro bono causes. In one pro bono case, he helped obtain from the Supreme Court of Virginia a reversal and new sentencing hearing for a client facing a death sentence. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Defender Service and was previously on the Board of Directors' Advisory Committee for the Atlanta Legal Aid Society.

Graubart received his J.D., with Honors, Order of the Coif, from the University of Chicago Law School in 2004, where he was on the staff of the University of Chicago Law Review. He received his B.A. from Northwestern University in 2001.
