Fed Cir grants petition for panel rehearing as to its opinion of Dec. 6, 2016, and reissues previous opinion (linked above) with the following modifications:
• Chief Judge Prost withdraws her partial dissent
• The opinion vacates the injunction against non-party Cooler Master, and remands for further proceedings to determine if an injunction against non-party Cooler Master is warranted and lawful.

The en banc Fed Cir denies co-pending petition for rehearing en banc.
