Fish & Richardson Recognized in WIPR’s USA Patents 2025 Rankings
World Intellectual Property Review has named Fish & Richardson the leading firm for non-contentious patent work in its USA Patents 2025 law firm rankings. Described by WIPR as “a global force in patent prosecution,” Fish is the sole firm recognized in the highest “Outstanding” tier for non-contentious work. The firm also achieved a “Highly Recommended” designation for contentious patent work, with WIPR noting, “The firm is equally formidable in contentious matters.”
In addition, four Fish attorneys received individual recognition for their patent work:
- Ruffin Cordell, contentious
- J. Kevin Gray, non-contentious
- Joshua Griswold, non-contentious
- Karl Renner, non-contentious
According to WIPR, the USA Patents 2025 rankings identify the firms handling “the most consequential matters in the U.S., and developing patent portfolios for some of the world’s biggest companies.” The individual rankings honor leaders who “exemplify the strategic foresight required to navigate today’s dynamic IP landscape.”
