Fish trade secret attorneys Seth Sproul and Tucker Terhufen recently authored a two-part article series that examines the genesis, purpose, and leading cases interpreting California’s trade secret law, through California Code of Civil Procedure §2019.210. The law requires trade secret plaintiffs to identify the misappropriated trade secrets before discovery commences.
