UT Law's 30th Annual Advanced Patent Law Institute

Fish & Richardson Principal Heather Flanagan will serve as co-chair of The University of Texas School of Law’s 30th Annual Advanced Patent Law Institute and deliver the event’s opening remarks. In addition, Principal Kristi Sawert will moderate the panel "Discretionary Denial Changes at the PTAB."
