This spring, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued a wide range of Notices of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), touching virtually every aspect of practice before the USPTO. The panel for this webinar will discuss the NPRM relating to:
- Separate briefing on discretionary denials
- Parallel and serial petitions and 35 USC 325(d) considerations
- Enforced filing of settlement agreements pre-institution
The panel will describe the proposed changes and explore their implications. Questions from the audience are encouraged.
