How Do Supreme Court Decisions Really Affect Patent Applicants? A Statistical Analysis
Join us at this special Patents on Tap at Topgolf’s brand-new gaming facility. Fish attorneys Mike Hawkins, James Huguenin-Love, and Grace Kim will discuss and analyze two Supreme Court cases affecting patent law. They will look at TC Heartland and SAS Institute, and then dive into the statistics with a before-and-after comparison to see what impact these decisions actually made on patent applicants/owners.
