In association with the Intellectual Property Committee of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Fish is hosting a panel on best practices in trade secret litigation. Fish attorney Phillip Goter will moderate the panel and attorneys Randy Kahnke (Faegre Baker Daniels), David Prange (Robins Kaplan), and Adam Steinert (Fredrikson & Byron) will present. The discussion will address a range of topics including:

  • Non-compete agreements and how to handle individuals subject to them moving to competitors
  • Joint-development agreements and how to handle situations where the joint development ends
  • Efficient discovery strategy
  • Strategies for quick resolution in litigation
  • Alternative dispute resolution

A networking reception with wine, beer, and soft drinks will follow the panel.

The event costs $15. An application for CLE credit of 1.0 hour has been submitted and an event code will be provided to all attendees.
