Panel on Best Practices in Trade Secret Litigation

In association with the Intellectual Property Committee of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Fish is hosting a panel on best practices in trade secret litigation.Fish attorney Phillip Goter will moderate the panel and attorneys Randy Kahnke (Faegre Baker Daniels), David Prange (Robins Kaplan), and Adam Steinert (Fredrikson & Byron) will present. The discussion will address a range of topics including:

  • Non-compete agreements and how to handle individuals subject to them moving to competitors
  • Joint-development agreements and how to handle situations where the joint development ends
  • Efficient discovery strategy
  • Strategies for quick resolution in litigation
  • Alternative dispute resolution

A networking reception with wine, beer, and soft drinks will follow the panel.

The event costs $15. An application for CLE credit of 1.0 hour has been submitted and an event code will be provided to all attendees.
