Washington Update – EBS and the Sprint Merger

The proposed merger of Sprint and T-Mobile is now pending before the FCC.  This session will introduce the merger partners and their plans, update attendees on the merger proposal and its status, and examine how the merger would affect EBS licensees who have excess capacity leases with Sprint that would be assigned to the “New T-Mobile,” including possible conditions on approval of the merger that might have far-ranging potential impact on EBS licensees.
