Trademark Adminsitrator (TMA) Roundtable 

Fish’s Boston office will host the INTA Trademark Administrator (TMA) Roundtable, covering “The Office Action: A Challenge or a Cinch?” on Wednesday, September 10, 2014. The roundtable will focus on the various types of refusals issued by the USPTO and include a discussion of the different strategies participants have employed to overcome them.
