On January 28 Fish principal John Johnson will speak at the IP Practice in Japan Committee Pre-Meeting which is held in conjunction with AIPLA’s Mid-Winter Institute. John will discuss “Extraterritorial Application of U.S. Trade Secret Laws.” John is a frequent lecturer and author on intellectual property matters, and has taught classes in intellectual property law at Albany Law School of Union University.
