ACC Georgia Monthly Luncheon

Hosts

Ethics play an important role in business negotiations, particularly for attorneys, who are held to a higher standard. They need to know which rules govern attorney conduct, the different interpretations of the rules at the state level, and the consequences of unethical behavior. Join Fish attorneys Christina Brown-Marshall and Erin Alper as they discuss these issues at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) October meeting in Atlanta.

Christina and Erin will also walk through several hypothetical examples during this program to illustrate the rules and provide best practices for ethical business negotiations. Fish will apply for one credit of ethics.

For more information, or to register, visit the ACC Georgia website.
