Fish & Richardson Principal Nancy Ly Named a 2021 LCLD Fellow and Associates Rae Crisler and Joel Henry Selected for LCLD's Pathfinder Program

Fish Principal Nancy Ly has been named a 2021 Leadership Council for Legal Diversity Fellow and associates Rae Crisler and Joel Henry have been selected for LCLD's Pathfinder program. Both programs train diverse, high-performing attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.

"We are so proud that Nancy, Rae and Joel have been chosen for this year's Fellows and Pathfinder programs," said Fish principal Ahmed J. Davis, national chair of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion Initiative. "I know they will gain a great deal from these programs, and I look forward to their continued leadership, passion and commitment to growing our diversity and inclusion initiatives at Fish."

Ly is a principal in Fish's Southern California office. She manages the global brand strategy for diverse clients ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations, spanning a wide range of industries. She has particular experience in trade dress disputes and serves as a member of INTA's non-traditional marks committee. She received her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas and her B.A. in political science from the University of California, Irvine.

Crisler is an associate in Fish's Dallas office. Her patent litigation practice spans a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals in Hatch-Waxman cases, medical devices, and technologies related to power management features of systems-on-a-chip as well as network and data processing optimization. She received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her B.S. in biology from the University of Texas at Austin.

Henry is an associate in Fish's Washington, D.C. office. He prepares and prosecutes patents, primarily in electrical, IT/computing systems, and the mechanical arts industries. In addition, Henry has served over 17 years as a reservist with the Air National Guard and U.S. Air Force Reserve. He received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Connecticut.
