Two Fish & Richardson Principals Named 2022 "Women Worth Watching in STEM" by Profiles in Diversity Journal

Principals Kelly Allenspach Del Dotto and Bailey Benedict have been named recipients of the 2022 "Women Worth Watching in STEM" award by Profiles in Diversity Journal. Recipients of the award are "high performing, purpose-driven leaders who create value for other women and the companies, organizations, and agencies behind them."

Del Dotto's practice focuses on complex patent litigation, with an emphasis on life sciences, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical litigation, including Hatch-Waxman litigation. Del Dotto has worked on a variety of technologies, including, for example, pharmaceutical formulations, DNA sequencing technology, and nucleosides. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-filing due diligence, document collection and production, fact and expert discovery, depositions, discovery hearings, claim construction hearings, and trial. Benedict concentrates her practice on all areas of intellectual property litigation in U.S. district courts, with a particular focus on patent, trade secret, and trademark litigation. Benedict has litigated in a wide variety of technology areas in U.S. district courts nationwide, with a particular focus on chemicals; oil-and-gas technology and equipment for exploration, drilling, and production; fashion; and consumer goods.
