About Kristine
Kristine McKinney is an expert in leading cultural change in organizations to align and drive talent strategy. With experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and complexity, Ms. McKinney achieves results in a way that develops individuals and teams for the benefit of the organization. She is passionate about the need for talent to reflect the diversity of the community and for individuals at every level of the organization to be thriving and fully engaged.
Ms. McKinney leads the professional development, legal recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, and pro bono teams at Fish & Richardson P.C. Prior to joining Fish, she was director of professional development and engagement and director of diversity and inclusion at Faegre Baker Daniels. Ms. McKinney also worked as firmwide diversity manager at Kirkland & Ellis.
