Kristine McKinney provides strategic leadership for the firm’s operations across 15 offices in the U.S., Europe, and China. With over 20 years of legal industry experience, she is known for driving organizational performance while building a culture that inspires people at all levels of the firm to provide world-class client service while enhancing efficiency and innovation.

Prior to becoming chief operating officer, Kristine served as the firm’s first chief legal talent & inclusion officer, a role in which she led the Professional Development, Legal Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, and Pro Bono teams. Her previous industry experience includes talent management roles at Faegre Baker Daniels and Kirkland & Ellis.

Kristine is a sought-after speaker and author on topics related to legal operations, organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership development, diversity, and innovation. She brings a unique perspective as a leader in talent, engagement, and operational effectiveness.
