Two Fish & Richardson Attorneys Named to "2017 Best Attorneys" List
Two Fish & Richardson Southern California attorneys - Jonathan Singer & Christopher Marchese - have been listed among the Best Attorneys for 2017 by SD METRO. Both Mr. Singer and Mr. Marchese are highly regarded leaders within their respective fields.
Mr. Singer is a renowned life sciences industry leader and acclaimed trial attorney. As the head of Fish's international Life Sciences Litigation practice, Mr. Singer is recognized nationally for his patent/IP litigation expertise, as well as his ground-breaking work in some of the country's most notable patent cases. He is annually named one of the nation's finest life sciences trial attorneys, and is an expert in proceedings under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
Mr. Marchese is widely known for his deep expertise on patent damages. He co-authored a comprehensive treatise on patent damages that has been cited numerous times by the Federal Circuit and several district courts. Mr. Marchese's notable trial work earned him a top spot on several highly acclaimed lists, including the National Law Journal's "Top Defense Victories" and "Appellate Hot Lists," and the IP Law and Business List of "Top 10 Litigation Wins."
