Principal Baile Xie Recognized as a 2025 On the Rise Honoree by Texas Lawyer

Fish & Richardson Principal Baile Xie has been named an On the Rise winner in Texas Lawyer’s annual Texas Legal Awards. On the Rise recognizes Texas’ most promising young lawyers who demonstrate strong leadership qualities; excellence in their practice areas; and a commitment to pro bono, charitable, and professional volunteer work.  

In her robust cross-border practice, Xie works with clients in the U.S. and around the world to build and manage strategic global patent portfolios for innovations in the telecommunications, blockchain, artificial intelligence/machine learning, financial technology, data privacy and security, semiconductor, and oil and gas spaces. She also maintains a strong post-grant practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, working on dozens of high-stakes inter partes review matters that involve standard essential patents, as well as various post-grant matters in other technical areas. Her active pro bono practice includes immigration, family law, and child custody matters through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. 

Honorees of this year’s Texas Legal Awards were recognized at an awards dinner on September 25 in Dallas, Texas.
