American Lawyer: The Women Warriors Behind Gilead's Huge Federal Circuit Win

American Lawyer profiled the women-dominated team featuring Juanita Brooks, Betsy Flanagan, and Deanna Reichel who recently won a huge Federal Circuit decision for Fish-client Gilead. The opinion affirmed the June 2016 post-trial wipe-out of a $200 million jury verdict against Gilead Sciences, Inc.
