What Is the PTAB?
Panelists will give an overview of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), discuss the basics of proceedings at the PTAB, and provide advice for junior practitioners interested in PTAB practice. The discussion will be geared toward junior associates and law students, but all are welcome to join!
