Part VII: Inter Partes Review from the Patent Owner’s Perspective

Wednesday, August 14, 2013
1:00 p.m. ET

You’ve just learned that your patent is the subject of an IPR petition. What should you do? In Part VII of our series, Dorothy Whelan and Karl Renner, the co-chairs of Fish & Richardson’s post-grant practice, will focus on IPR from the patent owner’s perspective. They will discuss strategic considerations and propose practice tips based on PTAB decisions and their own experiences.

At the conclusion of the webinar, Dorothy and Karl will preview Fish’s new dedicated post-grant website, fishpostgrant.com. This site expands on our previously available post-grant content and includes replays of previous webinars in this series and the 2012 post-grant webinar series.

Speakers:
Dorothy Whelan, Principal and Post-Grant Practice Co-Chair, Twin Cities
Karl Renner, Principal and Post-Grant Practice Co-Chair, Washington, DC

Fish & Richardson will apply for 1.0 hour of general CLE credit in most states. If you would like to receive CLE credit, please include your state(s) and bar number(s) on your registration form.
