  • Foreign priority and provisional application benefit claims under 35 U.S.C. 119.
  • New matter prohibition under 35 U.S.C. 132(a).
  • Additional requirements for non-provisional utility applications under the applicable law, Rules and MPEP sections.
  • Examination of non-provisional applications, including accelerated and prioritized examination under 37 C.F.R. 1.102, and patent eligible subject matter under 35 U.S.C. 102.
  • Amendments and other replies to Patent Office actions, including due dates and extensions of time under 37 C.F.R. 1.136.
