Fish is pleased to partner with Managing Intellectual Property in hosting their International Women’s Leadership Forum. The conference will focus on U.S. and global IP developments, providing an opportunity for women in IP to hear the latest insights from in-house counsel and IP law firms in the Silicon Valley area. Topics will include patent portfolio strategy, regulation of AI, trademark strategies, and much more. Fish principal Katie Prescott will moderate a panel titled “Trade Secrets Tips and Trends.” Katie is a principal in Fish’s Silicon Valley office and is a frequent presenter on trade secrets topics.
