As part of this session, discussion on how to best approach the international stage (e.g., Filing PCT first, Filing PCT after priority filing, or filing direct foreign applications), and personal experiences with different international prosecution options (e.g., Art. 19/34submissions vs. ISR responses filed at national stage entry vs. entering national stage without a response to the ISR) will be explored.
