Payal Patel focuses her practice on patent litigation for clients in the electrical engineering and computer science sectors.

Having previously summered at Fish & Richardson, Payal has broad experience performing legal research and drafting memoranda related to various aspects of patent law. During her undergraduate studies, she served as an extern at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where she gained experience searching and analyzing prior art and drafting office actions. She puts this foundational experience in patent prosecution to work for clients when evaluating potential validity and infringement issues in patent litigation matters.

During law school, Payal was a member of the George Mason Law Review and the Giles S. Rich American Inn of Court.
