Overview

Linda Chang represents clients in litigation related to electrical and computer technology. 

Linda’s legal experience includes writing motions for summary judgment, motions to transfer venue, and ex parte  reexamination petitions, as well as conducting legal research on preliminary injunctions and arbitration clauses. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William H. Orrick of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. 

In her prior career as a senior software engineer at Nasdaq, Linda helped create a secure user management system and user session manager, code an authorization service for login evaluation and user approval, and develop a blockchain-based audit system. Her understanding of clients’ complex technologies is also enhanced by her graduate studies in computer science. 

When she’s not at work, Linda enjoys playing chess, indoor climbing, and reading fantasy fiction.
