Overview

Karolina Jesien focuses her practice on patent litigation and intellectual property litigation, as well as IP counseling.

She has experience litigating patents in U.S. courts across the country, including District Courts in Virginia, Texas, California, New York, Ohio, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Nevada, the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Her patent litigation experience encompasses a range of technologies, both hardware and software, including semiconductor fabrication, flash/DRAM memory, mobile communication, client-server communication, digital imaging, database technologies, web-based collaboration software, remote access, and data transfer/security.

Karolina holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical and computer engineering from McGill University and a law degree with an IP concentration from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
