Josie Little focuses her practice on patent litigation for clients in the energy and chemicals sectors.

Having previously summered at Fish & Richardson, her patent litigation experience encompasses research and analysis related to printed publication standards, patent exhaustion, and Rule 26 motions. She also contributed to biosimilar review for Fish clients and performed pro bono work for an asylum applicant.

During her graduate studies, Josie served as a technology transfer intern at the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Chicago, where she gained experience working with technologies such as chemosensors, machine learning, and small molecule drugs.

During law school, Josie was an associate editor and later an executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Innovation. She was also a member of the Detkin Intellectual Property & Technology Legal Clinic and a regional winner of the Giles S. Rich Memorial IP Moot Court Competition.
